The April 16, 2025 deadline is approaching soon… And you’re you still hesitating about applying for PRIM support? Fear not, this article is here to guide you. PRIM will also be opening its doors on March 27 to answer all your questions and advise you on how to get started.

Why apply to one of our support programs?

In and of itself, our programs offer you between 75% and 90% off the cost of renting our equipment, rooms and studios, but PRIM’s support goes beyond that. PRIM also offers independent artists an opportunity to professionalize their practice by providing a human approach to post-production. Whether in the development phase or on the eve of your first release, our team is on hand to meet your specific needs. After all, your work deserves to be seen and heard in the highest possible quality.

Our three support programs :

Creation Assistance

PRIM’s flagship program, get a 75% discount on the rental of our equipment, rooms and studios for the duration of your project. By applying this program, you could also become the Jury’s favorite and obtain a more substantial 85% discount.

Doc at Risk

In keeping with the historical documentary practice of many of our members, the aim of this program is to support documentary work that involves a certain amount of risk, whether in terms of subject matter, financing, formal bias or questioning the language of film. For this risk-taking, we offer an 85% discount on the rental fees for our equipment, theaters and studios. Only one project per competition will be eligible. Not your project? You’re still eligible for creative support by applying to this program.

Research and Exploration

This program is specifically designed for projects in the development phase. Whether you want to experiment, test ideas or deepen your artistic approach before creation, this program gives you greater freedom to define the form of your next work, with a 90% discount on some of our equipment and installations.

Les projets soutenus dans l’un ou l’autre de nos programmes sont choisis par un jury de pairs.
Ce jury examine la qualité et la faisabilité de l’œuvre.
