Le ou la charg\u00e9\u00b7e de projets – postproduction est responsable de la planification et de la gestion des projets artistiques des membres de PRIM. Il ou elle est en communication permanente avec les membres et l\u2019\u00e9quipe afin d\u2019organiser leur travail au centre et de leur offrir un service de haute qualit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n\n
Main tasks <\/b><\/p>\n\n- \u00c9valuer les besoins des projets et les communiquer aux diff\u00e9rentes personnes concern\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n
- Establish stages, deadlines and post-production schedules for each of the creative projects supported by the organization <\/span><\/li>\n
- Plan the use of the center’s technical resources<\/span><\/li>\n
- Hold meetings with various stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
- Organize technicians’ tasks and work schedules to suit projects<\/span><\/li>\n
- Monitor and support projects, paying special attention to users’ concerns, expectations and needs<\/span><\/li>\n
- Invoice work as agreed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Profile required<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) in project management or equivalent training<\/span><\/li>\n
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in post-production<\/span><\/li>\n
- Excellent knowledge of audio and video post-production processes and formats<\/span><\/li>\n
- Knowledge of the cultural milieu and independent cinema (asset)<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong sense of organization of time and tasks, good management of priorities<\/span><\/li>\n
- Collaborative spirit and great teamwork skills<\/span><\/li>\n
- Customer service<\/span><\/li>\n
- Rigor, autonomy, diplomacy<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Computer skills<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite<\/span><\/li>\n
- Knowledge of the Teamwork platform (asset)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Languages<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Fluency in written and spoken French<\/span><\/li>\n
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
