JOB DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n
The Member Services and Communications Coordinator liaises with members and provides administrative support. While paying special attention to users’ concerns, expectations and needs, he or she ensures the smooth running of the center and coordinates activities planned by management. He or she also coordinates the organization’s communications within the assigned financial framework. <\/span><\/p>\nIts main responsibilities are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\nMain tasks <\/b><\/p>\n\n- Welcoming and ensuring the well-being of center users<\/span><\/li>\n
- Manage membership and coordinate access to the center<\/span><\/li>\n
- Coordinate support, residency and training programs<\/span><\/li>\n
- Coordinate the implementation of the communication plan <\/span><\/li>\n
- Support management in the day-to-day monitoring of member services<\/span><\/li>\n

Required skills and qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) in communications or any training deemed equivalent<\/li>\n
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the cultural sector<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of web and social networking strategies<\/li>\n
- Basic knowledge of post-production<\/li>\n
- Strong interest in the independent film and digital arts scene<\/li>\n
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment, Office suite and Google suite<\/li>\n
- Connaissance de WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva et DaVinci Resolve (atout)<\/li>\n
- Strong sense of organization and priorities<\/li>\n
- Concern for customer service and sensibility to artists’ needs<\/li>\n
- Collaborative spirit and great teamwork skills<\/li>\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n
The Member Services and Communications Coordinator liaises with members and provides administrative support. While paying special attention to users’ concerns, expectations and needs, he or she ensures the smooth running of the center and coordinates activities planned by management. He or she also coordinates the organization’s communications within the assigned financial framework. <\/span><\/p>\nIts main responsibilities are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\nMain tasks <\/b><\/p>\n\n- Welcoming and ensuring the well-being of center users<\/span><\/li>\n
- Manage membership and coordinate access to the center<\/span><\/li>\n
- Coordinate support, residency and training programs<\/span><\/li>\n
- Coordinate the implementation of the communication plan <\/span><\/li>\n
- Support management in the day-to-day monitoring of member services<\/span><\/li>\n
- \n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Required skills and qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) in communications or any training deemed equivalent<\/li>\n
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the cultural sector<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of web and social networking strategies<\/li>\n
- Basic knowledge of post-production<\/li>\n
- Strong interest in the independent film and digital arts scene<\/li>\n
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment, Office suite and Google suite<\/li>\n
- Connaissance de WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva et DaVinci Resolve (atout)<\/li>\n
- Strong sense of organization and priorities<\/li>\n
- Concern for customer service and sensibility to artists’ needs<\/li>\n
- Collaborative spirit and great teamwork skills<\/li>\n
- Rigor, autonomy, diplomacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Languages<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Fluency in written and spoken French<\/span><\/li>\n
