PRIM and SPOROBOLE have joined forces to offer a creative residency that makes the most of their mutual skills: on the one hand, PRIM’s expertise in film production; on the other hand, SPOROBOLE’s expertise in the creation of interactive virtual reality works.<\/p>\n
This 3-month residency offers the artist the opportunity to create an interactive cinematic virtual reality work, i.e. including filmed components and interaction devices. program\u2019s eligibility conditions. Eligible applications are then evaluated by a peer committee made up of two representatives from each organization. Three proposals will be identified and the three candidates will be interviewed. At the end of the evaluation, the committee members decide whether to award the residency. Decisions are final and without appeal.<\/p>\n Evaluation criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n The projects are evaluated according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n 1. The 13-week residency should take place between the beginning of April and the end of October 2022. The precise dates of the residency will be agreed upon with the two organizations.<\/p>\n
The PRIM | SPOROBOLE residency will take place according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n
At SPOROBOLE, including 1 day with the PRIM team.<\/p>\n
1 week at SPOROBOLE and 1 week at PRIM. The support resources (technicians and developers) are available 25 hours per week.<\/p>\n
